Somerset Farm Wedding Photography | Pips and Ian

Wedding photography in the rain bride and groom
Rain.
It can play on the mind of every Bride and Groom prior to the big day. But with the right planning in place, an open mind, plenty of 'refreshment' on hand and a group of people who don't care what the weather is doing, just so long as they can celebrate the marriage of two people they care about, rain is nothing to worry about!

As Pips, the bride from this awesome farm wedding in Somerset, reminded me, "A wet knot is a tighter knot." I completely agree, also it is a sign of good luck and future fertility, just look at all the positives!

Ian and Pips married at St Mary's Church in Stogumber and went back to the family farm for a wicked reception. With no break in the rain it was a case of just taking it our stride and making the most of it, which actually led to a fabulous atmosphere in the marquee. So sit back and enjoy my favourites shots from their day.
